The numeric ID at the top of your MT5 terminal (top-right account dropdown) or in your broker's welcome email — e.g. 51234567.
We never ask for your trading password. Your license is locked to your account number, and the bot runs on your machine — we take no custody.
Your bot runs in your own MT5, so two quick toggles let it trade and check its license:
Performance fees are drawn from a small prepaid fee wallet — never from your trading account. Keep a little in it so trading doesn't pause.

Double-check the server name matches exactly (including the bit after the dash, e.g. -Demo vs -Live), the login number is correct, and you used the trading password, not the investor password.
Confirm your broker allows algorithmic trading on the account (Step 3), that your balance meets the strategy minimum, and that your status shows Active on the dashboard. Newly connected accounts sit at Pending until we verify them.
In MT5: Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → Allow WebRequest for listed URL, add your SHIV site URL exactly as shown on your dashboard, click OK, then remove and re-add the EA to the chart.
Remove the EA from your chart (or disable Algo Trading) to stop instantly. Your license also goes inactive the moment your fee wallet empties — and you can pause from your dashboard. You're always in control.
