SHIV algo provides automated trading software (Expert Advisors) for the MetaTrader 5 platform, licensed to you for use on your own brokerage account. We are a software provider. We are not a broker, a fund, an investment adviser, or a money manager, and we do not take custody of your funds.
You open and fund your own MT5 account with your own broker. The software runs on your machine and places trades on your account. We never receive your trading password and cannot deposit, withdraw, or transfer your money. You can stop the software at any time.
Trading leveraged products such as gold (XAU/USD) CFDs carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. All performance figures shown on this site are backtested / simulated on a hypothetical $100,000 account, are not a promise or forecast of future results, and real trading results will differ. Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose. Past performance does not indicate future returns.
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to trade. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for ensuring that using this software is lawful where you live.
Your license is billed from a prepaid wallet. After any free-trial period, a performance commission (default 25%) applies to new profit only above your prior high-water mark, computed from the equity your software reports. If your wallet cannot cover the commission, your license becomes inactive and the software stops opening new trades until you top up. No profit → no commission.
Your license is personal, non-transferable, and locked to your MT5 account number. You may not copy, share, resell, decompile, or redistribute the software. We may suspend a license for non-payment or breach of these terms.
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Markets, brokers, connectivity, and your own settings can all affect outcomes.
We store your name, email, MT5 account number, license key, and the equity/balance your software reports — used only to operate your license and billing. We do not store trading passwords. Keep your login credentials safe.
